Chatswood Youth Centre provides young people aged 12-18 years with a free recreational space; and advice and referral services Wednesday - Friday 3 - 6 pm.

The Youth Centre and rooftop sports and recreation area can also be hired for meetings, social functions, martial arts or fitness classes, and support groups or rehearsals on a regular or casual basis. Balls and soccer goals can be borrowed from the Centre.

Chatswood Youth Centre (CYC) offers a fully equipped music room that is the perfect space to explore your musical interests, rehearse with your band or practice your instrument in a private space.

Available during CYC drop-in hours at no charge. No bookings required.

The variety of equipment available for use in the music room includes:

• 3 x electric guitars (Washburn, Squier)

• 4 x acoustic guitars (Epiphone, Yamaha, Valencia)

• 2 x bass guitar (Nature Jazz, Monetry)

• 1 x classical piano

• 1 x 5-piece drumkit

• 2 x Guitar amp (Fender)

• 1x Bass amp (Engl Fireball)

• 1x keyboard amp

• 6 x microphones + Stands

• PA system

• Guitar and microphone leads

Located in Chatswood Park (next to Chatswood Oval), the Chatswood Skate Park is a great place to hang with friends and test out your skating skills.
