Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues, fascia and joints through long-held, passive poses. Unlike dynamic styles, Yin encourages stillness and introspection, often holding poses for 3 to 5 minutes.
Yin yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or yoga experience.
Please bring your own yoga mat, strap and yoga blocks to participate in the class.
