Whether you are a newcomer to yoga or have been practicing for some time, our yoga class accommodates participants of all levels. Guided by our experienced instructor, you can practice in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and various physical yoga postures. Throughout this journey, you will explore the spiritual experiences through meditation, breathing, enhanced body awareness, attaining a sensory of equilibrium. We hope this will bring as a fulfilling start of your yoga practice.
