Iso-Inspo

Created by young people, view stunning photography, art and poetry on the windows of The Concourse on Anderson Street and the front doors of Chatswood Library.

During the COVID-19 lock down period, the Youth Services Teams from local Councils came together to ensure young people maintained a sense of connection during an unprecedented time of isolation. One initiative, titled Iso-Inspo, encouraged young people across Northern Sydney to voice their experiences through art, photography, music, poetry, film and more. Displayed on the walls and windows of The Concourse in Chatswood, visitors can see photography from Ku-ring-gai Council's Backyard Photography project and poetry from North Sydney Council's Pandemic Reflections. Visitors can also download a Spotify playlist from Willoughby City Council's Sounds of Willoughby project. This playlist features the artists, soundtracks and pop hits that accompanied the local youth of Willoughby through the challenges presented by the pandemic.
