Join Michelle Wotton from The Resilience Centre, presenting the first of four free webinars: Staying Afloat and Socially Connected during COVID-19.
Life as we know has changed dramatically due to COVID-19. To overcome isolation and loneliness, while we stay at home to control the spread of the virus, we must use different ways to stay connected with friends and family. Maintaining social connections with others is important to keep us staying happy and hopeful during this period.
Sessions are presented via Zoom and held from 10.30am to 11.30am.
The four webinar dates and Covid-19 topics are:
- Monday, 9 August: 'Staying Afloat and Socially Connected', hosted by Michelle Wotton.
- Tuesday, 17 August: 'Coping with Uncertainty during Covid-19', hosted by Sarah Piper
- Monday, 23 August: 'Caring for a spouse or family members during Covid-19’, hosted by Ida Soghomonian
- Tuesday, 31 August: 'Reframing Covid-19', hosted by Lyn Worsley
Once registered, an email including the Zoom webinar link will be emailed to you.
