Mindfulness exercises like yoga and meditation are proven to be effective in regulating our emotions and manage stressful situations well.

During this meditation workshop, you'll learn the effects of anxiety and stress on our health and practice meditation with a mental health practitioner from Transcultural Mental Health Centre.
