BPAY biller codes Please note that the BPAY biller code 18424 for rate payments is no longer active. Please update your BPAY biller code to 457986 for rate payments. For other non-rates payments (debtor account), please update the biller code from 12435 to 457960. BPAY payments made by the retired biller codes will result in a rejected payment.
