Two Rivers

Gary-Shinfield-End-Game-detail-2015-mixed-media-print.jpg

Exhibition Dates: 19 - 26 March 2016

Recent works on paper by Gary Shinfield.

Gary Shinfield is interested in creating images that have meaning on a number of different levels. The river sometimes is used as a metaphor for chartering the journey of life. It also can draw attention to environmental issues such as human interaction and land use over time, as seen in the effects of mining and agriculture. It also provides site specific subject matter giving the artist first hand encounter and inspiration from nature.
