An exhibition of figurative ceramics and abstract paintings by Feyona van Stom.
Feyona van Stom presents an exhibition of figurative ceramics and abstract paintings. Her ceramic works explore the human body in all its shapes and sizes, mostly as semi-abstracted torsos and heads. Van Stom is drawn to large dramatic bodies, and each work depicts gesture and movement. Colour and movement are the basis of her abstract paintings and form a dynamic backdrop to her sculptural works.
