Inspire to Lead - Leadership development workshop series

Community leadership workshops for CALD community members.

The Inspire to Lead project aims to develop skills and knowledge of cultural and linguistically diverse (CALD) leaders and has three main components.

Workshop topics will include:

  • Community leaders and leadership styles and identity
  • Asset based community development (ABCD)
  • Asset mapping
  • Introduction to appreciative inquiry
  • Networking, collaboration and advocacy.
