This policy establish protocols for the collection, storage and access to information recorded by Closed Circuit Television Cameras (CCTV)/surveillance cameras Council has installed at various locations in the City.

Council has adopted a policy on the Handling and Disposal of Asbestos. The purpose of this policy is to provide guidance, awareness and controls for the handling and disposal of asbestos.

Willoughby City Council requires that any works associated with asbestos, irrespective of the quantity, must be undertaken by a licensed removalist.
