Willoughby City Council has added a vibrant new mural to the city’s creative streetscape, in Artarmon. Titled Bush Flora, the mural is the work of acclaimed German-Australian artist Mandy Schöne-Salter and celebrates the beauty of Willoughby’s native flora.
