Water and greening - Intro to sustainable building #3

Join us for the third webinar in our 'Introduction to sustainable building' series, where we'll explore water and greening. If you’re tackling a new build or renovation, it’s a great time to include a plan for a sustainable water management system.

This webinar is part of a series, to sign up for the upcoming webinars, find them on our website here: Sustainable building webinars.

This event will be hosted online on Zoom and will run for 90 minutes including 30 minutes of question time. An access link will be sent to you via email prior to the event.

Speaker: This webinar will be presented by Michael Hughes. Mike discovered permaculture over 10 years ago after being inspired to leave the mining industry, slow down and tread lighter. He renovated his house as an owner builder, become vegan, completed a Permaculture Design Certificate and started Let's Grow Shopping, whose goal is to help others become the change they wish to see in the world. Mike opens his demonstration garden during the Sydney Edible Garden Trail and his home has been featured during Sustainable House Day. He has also appeared on Gardening Australia.

This event is presented by sustainable design experts at Renew, on behalf of Willoughby City Council and in partnership with Ku-ring-gai Council, Lane Cove Council, Mosman Council and North Sydney Council.
