My Life's Journey with Art

Clare Hooper is a resident of Sydney’s Inner West.  She paints in acrylic on canvas, creates cards and postcards, works with clay, as well as jewellery making.

Clare’s first solo exhibition is a selection of her works on canvas.  Exploring her development as an artist - expressing her ideas and thoughts, drawing inspiration from her family, friends, environment and interests.

Clare is the winner of the 2024 Connect Collaborate Celebrate Art Competition hosted by Willoughby Council through the Dougherty Community Centre.

Location

Our centre is located within a 5-minute walk from the Chatswood Interchange via Chatswood Mall turning right into Victor Street.

As there is limited and restricted parking available in the Council open-air car park next-door, visitors may choose to use the Westfield car park across the road.
