Mandala Art Workshop: Where ancient symbols meet inner peace.

Discover a transformative form of non-verbal therapy that guides you through emotional healing, self-discovery, and deep calm - using the sacred circle of the mandala.

Rooted in Buddhist traditions and Jungian psychology, this workshop invites you to express your inner world through color and form. Through free creative choices, you’ll release emotions, reduce stress, and restore balance in a supportive, meditative environment.

Come experience the power of mandala creation.

Materials will be provided - including a variety of intricate black-and-white designs on A4 paper - so participants can start the art journey right away. No experience is required.

The workshop is open to people of all ages and is free of charge.
