For the fourth consecutive year, Willoughby City Council is showcasing the artistic works of people living with disability, experiencing social isolation or at risk or marginalization.
Celebrating International Day of People with Disability 2022, this competition and exhibition provides a platform for artists of all abilities to promote themselves and expand their creative talent.
Artists of all abilities are encouraged to submit a work.
