2026 Seniors Festival – Rouli ball – Move, flow and have fun
Next date: Monday, 30 March 2026 | 10:00 AM
to 11:30 AM
Rouli ball is a gentle, playful exercise where you use a lightweight racket and soft ball to make smooth, flowing movements – kind of like tai chi with a ball!
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to keep the ball on the racket and guide it in circles, arcs and waves while moving your whole body in a relaxed, rhythmic way – no hitting, no pressure. It’s easy to pick up, low-impact and a fun way to boost your balance, coordination and confidence while staying active.
The session will be held in Mandarin with English translation, led by an experienced teacher from China with 15 years of practice. Come join us and enjoy stress-free movement in a friendly, relaxed setting!
Equipment provided.
Refreshments will be provided (green tea and fruit platter).
What to wear
Comfortable loose clothing to allow movement and non-slip supportive shoes.
