Willoughby Local Planning Panel

Please note: For community and staff safety, you will no longer be able to attend chambers to watch the WLPP meeting. However, the meeting will be conducted via Teleconference. The Minister for Health and Medical Research, the Hon. Brad Hazzard MP issued the Public Health (COVID-19 Gatherings) Order 2020 restricting gatherings in indoor spaces.

The Willoughby Local Planning Panel (WLPP) operates in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

All development applications which meet the relevant criteria(PDF, 34KB) will be determined by the Willoughby Local Planning Panel, either at a meeting or electronically. Read more about changes from 1 August 2020 on public meetings and electronic determination.

All other applications will be determined by either the Sydney North Planning Panel or Council officers under delegation.
