The proposal seeks approval for the construction of dwelling alterations and additions involving modifications to the entrance porch together with a new attached carport and associated ancillary works.


32 Stewart Street, ARTARMON                          

Alteration and addition to existing dwelling.


2 Warners Avenue, WILLOUGHBY                    

Demolition of the existing structures and construction of a 3-4 storey multi dwelling housing development providing for 2 x 4 bedroom and 3 x 3 bedroom townhouses over single level basement car parking for 8 vehicles.


61 Sugarloaf Crescent, CASTLECRAG              

Demolition of existing residence and garage. Construction of new 4 bedroom residence, double garage and pool.


23 Beresford Avenue, CHATSWOOD                

Alterations and additions to existing dwelling, new carport, swimming pool and associated works.


14 Artarmon Road, 15 and 25 Richmond Avenue, WILLOUGHBY                    

Modification to conditions to defer timing of certain works and to allow for the construction of temporary road works during the construction of the residential development.

1 Walter Street, WILLOUGHBY                          

The modification seeks minor changes to the apartment layouts, basement parking, OSD tanks rearrangements, services plant rooms, new managers' office, minor street, and footpath level changes. Redesign of common rooftop in block D with minor height increase to rooftop surround framing. Minor height increase to lift overruns to all blocks. Minor level increases to podium, Level 7, and parapets to blocks E and F due to structural transfer thicknesses.
