Proposal: SNPP - Demolition of existing dwellings and construction of 5 residential flat buildings comprising a total of 164 units over basement car parking as a two staged development. The proposal is INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT (Roads Act 1993).

Consent Authority: Willoughby City Council 

Integrated Development: Roads Act 1993 (S138), consent to carry out work in, on or over a public road, dig up or disturb the surface of a public road, and remove or interfere with a structure work or tree on a public road. 

Approval Body: Transport for NSW (TfNSW) 

Closing Date for Comments: 22 November 2021
