Residents from across the Willoughby Local Government Area are invited to gather in remembrance at two events this ANZAC Day, Thursday 25 April 2024.

The annual observance will begin with a march at 4.45am ahead of the traditional Dawn Service, taking place at 5am at the Garden of Remembrance in Chatswood. All Dawn Service attendees are invited back to Chatswood RSL Club for morning tea.

Later in the morning a Commemorative Service will be held at Willoughby Park at 7am, followed by breakfast at Willoughby Park Bowling Club from 7.40am.

Please note: most Council services will not be provided on the ANZAC public holiday, Thursday 25 April 2024.

Exceptions to this are: Willoughby Leisure Centre, which will remain open from 7am-7pm; and weekly waste collections, which will continue as normal.
