Flat Rock history and poetry

Wander through Flat Rock Gully to learn about the rich history of this place.

Including the dramatic transformation from a rubbish tip to now bushland and wildlife sanctuary. We will also celebrate the birthday of bush poet Henry Lawson with a bush poetry reading afterwards.

Bring water and a snack.

To join walk: meet at 10am.

For poetry reading only: meet at 11.30am .

Meet guides at The Henry Lawson Cave, located on the bike/walking track below the Willoughby Leisure Centre’s rear car park. Enter via driveway between Incinerator and Leisure Centre.
