Delivery Program and Operational Plan
The Delivery Program is a practical statement of how Council aims to achieve the community outcomes, as specified in our Future Willoughby 2023. This is done through implementing relevant actions, ensuring adequate resources, monitoring our progress, advocating on behalf of community, building partnerships and ensuring accountability in everything that we do.
