Clean-up collections

Missed commercial bin collection? This could be due to a missing bin sticker or an unregistered bin service. Please contact council on 9777 1000 for assistance.

Please note there will be no clean-up collections over the Easter period. The last clean-up collection prior to Easter will be the week commencing 17 March 2024. Clean-up services will re-commence from 7 April 2024.

Council offers the following collection services for bulky household items that can’t be collected through the weekly service. This service is only offered to domestic residents for household waste. Waste generated by commercial operations is ineligible for collection.

Council provides residents with three (3) free scheduled clean-up and one (1) pre-booked clean-up collections per financial year.

Pre-booked clean-up service

Council provides residents with one free pre-booked clean-up collection per financial year in addition to the scheduled collection dates.

Residents can pay for additional pre-booked collections if required to a maximum of 2m³ of materials per collection. This can be used to dispose of general household goods OR vegetation, but cannot be used for a mixture of the two. You must specify which service you want when booking.

For current fees, see Fees and Charges.
