Renew a residential parking permit

To ensure residents with permits can continue to park using a valid permit, it is recommended that new permits are purchased before the expiry date. You may receive a parking fine with an invalid permit. 

Before making payment please ensure that the details provided for yourself and your vehicle are correct.

Step 2.Gather the following

  • credit card for online payment
  • permit number (located at the bottom left of your permit)

You will be requested to enter your credit card details and the transaction will be processed.

Step 4.Receive your new permit

Please allow 10 working days to receive your new parking permit

Contact our Customer Service Centre on 9777 1000.

Quote your address, permit and payment details over the phone.

Step 4.Receive your new permit

Please allow 10 working days to receive your new parking permit.

  • credit card, EFTPOS card or cheque
  • permit number
  • address details.

Step 3.Visit us

Visit Council's Customer Service Center.

Quote your address and permit details then pay in person.
