Willoughby Leisure Centre opened in 1989 and after 30 years of operation, the pool hall is reaching the end of its useful life. The pool hall is operating at capacity and due to its out-dated design, which has not changed since the facility opened, it limits opportunities to increase the number and range of programmes offered.
This new design will provide modern aquatic facilities and provide services and programmes to important segments of the Willoughby community.
