For people over 50 wanting to stay fit, active and functioning well.

Work on ways to reduce fall risks by maintaining your balance, mobility and strength at optimal levels with Sally Castell from Movement Matters.

This 8-week Active Seniors Exercise program is a highly practical interactive exercise program and is designed to maintain movement, strength, and balance to keep the body active.

Enrolment is essential, as numbers are limited - Term commencing 28 October 2022.

Are You Still Moving Well?

Being able to move effectively is very important to be able to do whatever you want, whenever you want. Your body needs to remain mobile and strong to function well. The fitter you are, the more you will be able to manage all your activities easily.

Any Body Can Do It!

Exercise in later life is about maintaining and managing meaningful movement to protect, preserve and prevent unforeseeable physical and mental functional abilities. It is important to undertake safe and correct exercises that help maintain stamina, strength and mobility.

No Excuses!

It is still possible to exercise, and it is never too late to be better than you are today!

Anybody no matter the age, ability or condition can do some form of exercise to remain active and achieve realistic health and fitness goals to stay safe and well for as long as possible.

Location

Our Centre is located within a 5-minute walk from the Chatswood Interchange via Chatswood Mall turning right into Victor Street.

As there is limited and restricted parking available in the council open air car park next door, visitors may choose to use the Westfield car park across the road.
