Hatha yoga is a practice that promotes harmony between the body and mind through a combination of physical postures (asanas) and controlled breathing techniques (pranayama). Hatha yoga with our instructor offers a dynamic and engaging approach designed to improve mobility, enhance flexibility, and support overall physical strength.
Beginners and intermediate practitioners are welcome. People who are pregnant (especially in the later trimesters), or those with serious injuries, cardiovascular conditions, severe balance issues, uncontrolled glaucoma, or respiratory concerns may need to consult a healthcare provider before starting.
Please bring your own yoga mat, strap, and yoga blocks to participate in the class.
