Community Information Seminar - 22 March 2021

Community Perception Survey

Every two years, Council undertakes a Community Perception Survey to help us understand our community's perception of our services and facilities.

The survey is run by an external provider, Micromex Research, and is an important part of improving our business practices and meeting our planning and reporting requirements.

Mark Mitchell, General Manager of Micromex will share the results of the November 2020 survey and talk about what they mean for the City of Willoughby. He will reveal how the survey was undertaken and unpack this year’s statistics and trends.

Chaired by Mayor Gail Giles-Gidney, the information seminar will shine a light on what you have told us is important to you, how satisfied you are with our services and how you want to be communicated with.

For the first time in 2020 the community perception survey asked questions about community resilience and provides vital insight into community sentiment in the math of a pandemic, bushfires, storms, extreme heat and economic challenges.

Throughout the presentation audience members will be able to submit questions using the Zoom messaging function which will be answered at the end of the session.
