Gain valuable information and practical tips to make healthy, plant-based eating easy, and try some tasty plant-powered nibbles

Explore the why, how, and what of plant-based eating with an accredited practicing dietitian.

During this workshop, you will learn:

  • Why go mostly or fully plant-based
  • How to go plant-based
  • How to meet your nutritional needs on a plant-based diet
  • The importance of whole, real, seasonal foods
  • Meal planning on a budget
  • How to be plant-based when your friends or family aren't.

Plant-based nibbles will be provided during this talk, and you will leave with recipes to help inspire you in the kitchen.

Please note, the Annexe room is accessed from the street by climbing a flight of stairs. Also, note that the information provided in this workshop will be general in nature. Please consult your doctor, or accredited practicing dietitian for dietary advice specific to you.

If you are no longer able to attend for any reason, please cancel your booking online through Eventbrite (via the link in your booking confirmation email) or email env.educators@willoughby.nsw.gov.au as soon as possible to let us know, so we can offer the spot to someone else. Please only commit to the workshop if you intend to show up. Many of our events are fully booked with a waiting list and recurring non-attendance at events may result in your individual bookings being refused in the future.
