Knowing how to write a business plan is an essential skill for small business owners, entrepreneurs and management level employees.
This two-part workshop is suitable for beginners and will take you through the foundations of creating a business plan from the initial planning and research stages right to final presentation.
Students will work through a Business Plan Framework and apply it to their own company. You will work on each stage of the Business Plan and learn key skills in business writing, understanding your audience, research, analytics, sales planning, marketing, accounting and presentation. During the workshop, you will have an opportunity to work on your own business plan with guidance from the tutor.
* Eligibility requirements:
- An Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen, permanent resident or humanitarian visa holder
- Aged 15 years or older, not at school, living or working in NSW
- Meet the community services obligation subsidy criteria**
You will need to bring your own laptop, a pen and a USB to each class.
