Leading clinical neuro-psychologist and best-selling author of A Brain for Life, Dr Nicola Gates will speak about her latest book The Feel Good Guide to Menopause.
Understanding the connection between hormonal changes in the female body, the brain and, indeed, the gut provides us with the fundamentals for transitioning through what can be a challenging – if not overwhelming – time for many women.
By breaking the silence that surrounds menopause, Nicola aims to reduce the potential for negative impact, build understanding, compassion and reassurance, and significantly improve the mental and physical wellbeing of women.
Lindfield Bookshop will provide copies of the author's book for sale at the event.
