Where you can look after yourself and your loved ones

Potential options include rostered days off, working from home, part-time work, staggered start times and phased retirement.

Health and Wellbeing Leave - up to 2 days per year to participate in health and /or wellbeing activities

Paid Parental leave - After 12 months service employees are eligible for paid special leave – 9 weeks full pay or 18 weeks half pay

Domestic & Family Violence Support - Employees experiencing domestic and family violence can access 10 days paid leave (or more if required) as well as flexible work arrangements.
