The details of the proposed Licence
Willoughby City Council proposes to grant a licence in respect of:
- Part of a site being community land and known as The Willoughby Park Bowling Club (located on part of Lot 1 DP 1140460) at 13 Robert Street, Willoughby East.
Land subject of proposed Licence
The area of The Willoughby Park Bowling Club outlined in red on the attached Figure A including the bowling greens and associated buildings.
Purpose of Licence
To permit the operation and management of the bowling greens and associated buildings for the playing of lawn bowls and other social, leisure and recreational activities.
Proposed Licensee
Willoughby Park Bowling, Bocce and Recreation Club Limited (ACN 000 089 172)
Term of the proposed Licence
A licence period of 5 years.
