All natural turf fields are closed with the exception of Bales Park Oval, Greville Street Oval, OH Reid Oval, Rotary Athletics Field and Mowbray Public School which remain open.Next update Monday 19 May 2025.
Public and Open Forums will now occur one week prior to General Council Meetings. Registrations to speak close at noon on the same date as the forum.

In the latest update, Mayor Tanya Taylor shares key outcomes from the March Council Meeting. Highlights include a new deadline for registrations to speak at Public & Open Forums, an approved action plan for the improvement of development assessment timelines and a car share trial to reduce traffic. Council will also seek approval to reclassify land at Northbridge Car Park, reviewed and endorsed updates to four key Advisory Committees, is reviewing its Sister and Friendship City Program and has awarded an additional almost $40,000 in community grants.
