Make a difference this Mother’s Day by buying gifts at Willoughby City Council’s Fair Trade Market on Saturday 8 May 2021 from 10am to 4pm at The Concourse Outdoor Space.

Featuring ethically sourced handcrafted items with an inspirational story, the vibrant markets are the perfect place to find gifts that give back to the person who made them, with money going to support economically disadvantaged artisans, farmers and producers.

Check out the wide range of fashion accessories, toys, homewares, beauty products, jewellery, cards and lots more.

Quality goods from fair trade businesses include Colombian bags and tagua jewellery from Koguis, recycled beaded jewellery from Afribeads, African homewares and clothing from Sanaa Africa, LOVEbomb’s unique jewellery made from the bombs dropped on Laos, Panama hats and hammocks from the Toucan Shop, Ethica’s handmade products knitted by women artisans in Peru and many more.

This free event is part of Council’s Live Well in Willoughby series of events, talks and workshops providing fun ways to rethink your lifestyle to create a more sustainable future. Find out more at www.willoughby.nsw.gov.au
