Notice is given in accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 of Council’s intention to classify land known as lots 45, 47 & 52 in SP 101857 as Operational Land.
Lots 45, 47 & 52 are three affordable housing units within the development at 654 Pacific Highway, Chatswood. The affordable housing units have been constructed. Ownership of the affordable housing lots are in the process of being transferred to Council in accordance with conditions of Development Application 2016/18/A.
Public submissions in relation to the classification of the affordable housing units lots 45, 47 & 52 SP 101857 as Operational Land are invited and may be lodged with Council Submissions close Friday, 29 January 2021.
