Getting around independently is an important part ofRoad safety - older adults maintaining a good quality of life as we age. For many older adults driving is great way to maintain mobility and independence, however changes to our health as we age can affect our ability to drive.

Safer driving for Seniors workshops

We run free workshops to support older drivers. 

These workshops cover:

  • How to be a low risk driver
  • The most commonly misunderstood rules
  • The older driver licensing system, including what to expect in the Aged Driving Test
  • New vehicles technologies and how to use them.

These workshops are run by a professional, experienced facilitator.

Our next workshop is 15 February 2023 during the Willoughby Seniors Festival. Registrations are currently open.
