Household Chemical CleanOut

The next event in the northern Sydney region will be on:

The Household Chemical CleanOut Service is a state-run service and is free for all NSW residents, regardless of which council area an event is in (unless stated otherwise). For more information and a full timetable, see the EPA website.

Acceptable Items

Only household quantities accepted: 20L or 20Kg maximum container size.

Residents can also drop off their old chemicals at any drop-off point Sydney-wide (unless specified).

This is a NSW EPA Waste Less, Recycle More initiative funded from the waste levy. Visit epa.nsw.gov.au to find out more. 

Thank you to all our residents that utilised the Chemical Cleanout Collection on 4 November 2018. We had 525 people attending the event and collected $16,332 of material. The majority of this (67%) was paint.
