Community Assets

To deliver services such as safe walking paths and bridges, well-maintained sportsground facilities and effective stormwater management infrastructure, the City of Willoughby must manage and maintain its many assets.

Much of the city’s infrastructure was built before 1950, with further periods of construction taking place in the 1970s and 1990s.

Council has developed strategic plans to maintain, upgrade and replace assets so that essential services can continue to be provided.
