This program introduces early literacy through songs, rhymes, finger/toe plays and simple stories for babies and their parent/carer at Chatswood Library on The Concourse during school terms.25 tickets per session will be available 30 minutes before each session starts (9.30am for the 10am session, and 10.30am for the 11am session).
Tuesdays 10-10.30am and 11-11.30am (during school terms)
This fun program is designed for children who are confident walkers, keen to be up and moving, but not yet ready to sit through the stories at regular storytime. Children will learn to enjoy reading, language and speech with lots of fun rhymes, songs, stories and movement. Toddler Time is limited to 35 children. Tickets will be available at Chatswood Library 30 minutes prior to each session.
Preschool Storytimes involve stories, rhymes, songs and a simple craft activity. Storytimes are run by the children's library team, are free of charge and do not require a booking. Held at Chatswood Library on The Concourse every week from February to December, and at Artarmon, Northbridge, West Chatswood and Castle Cove Libraries during school terms.
