Walks & Talks

Willoughby has diverse landscapes to enjoy a bushwalk, ranging from open woodlands and flower-filled heath to cool fern gullies and coachwood forests. You can also choose between foreshore walks that feature spectacular water views, or hidden inland tracks. Keep an eye open on your walk for birds, water dragons, insects, frogs, possums, echidnas, lace monitors and even wallabies. Discover these walks with the help of one of our walking track maps or Willoughby Walks App

Council runs free guided walks and activities that include spotlight walks, bird watching, bush poetry, Aboriginal culture and local history presentations for all ages to enjoy. To find out more sign up to our Guided Bushwalks brochure.
