Changes taking effect from 1 March 2018

1. Publication of submissions

From the 1 March 2018 any submission received in respect to Development Applications, Building Certificates and Tree & Vegetation Preservation Applications will be published on Council’s online application tracking system.

Council will accept no responsibility for comments of a personal or defamatory nature contained within the submissions.  

2. Process for determination of Development Applications

In accordance with State Government legislative changes, from the 1 March 2018 Council’s elected representatives will no longer be involved in the determination of Development Applications.

As such, matters previously determined by either Ward Councillor Committee or full Council will now be determined by the Willoughby Local Planning Panel or by Officer Delegation.
