The Youth Services team run all kinds of events throughout the year. Activities and events you are likely to come across include Air & Soul painting, All Style(s) Dance Sessions, t-shirt printing, band nights and music recording sessions, rooftop sports afternoons, skate days, the 3 on 3 Showdown and more.
Regular Events
All Style(s) Dance Sessions
The first Thursday of every month sees the Chatswood Youth Centre become the dance hub of the North Shore. All Style(s) Sessions are open to all young dancers in any style. This is an opportunity for the beginners right through to the pros to jam, battle, or just chill out. Expect a lot of breaking and popping. BYO music.
When & where: 1st Thursday of every month, 3-6pm at Chatswood Youth Centre
GLAMBITION - Girls Only Group
The GLAMBITION program was designed to increase young women’s self esteem and give them a voice in our community.
GLAMBITION gives young women, aged 13-19, the opportunity to come together every Friday night and participate in exciting activities such as makeovers, manicures, dancing, art and outings. GLAMBITION creates a safe place for young women to come together and talk about what’s important to them.
This program allows young women to experience excitement and fun on a Friday night, while parents and careers can feel assured that their children are safe and being cared for.
