Vacation Care

Vacation Care services provide care to primary school aged children during the NSW gazetted school holiday periods. Council operates three Vacation Care Services and one Recreational Program: 

Council’s Vacation Care services are licensed by the Department of Education under the Education and Care Services National Regulation, comply with the National Standards for Outside School Hours Care, and participate in the National Quality Standard Assessment & Rating Process.

Spring School Holidays 2018

  • Spring Vacation Care programs will be available from the website and Help & Service at Council from Friday 7 September 2018.
  • Vacation Care Public Bookings will open on Monday 17 September 2018.
  • To remain fair to all families, email bookings will not be accepted until after 8:30 am on Monday 17 September 2018
  • Those email bookings lodged/received PRIOR to 8:30 am Monday 17 September 2018 will be removed and not processed and will need to be re-submitted AFTER 8:30 am on Monday 17 September 2018

3. pdf format Asthma Action Plan 

If parents identify on the enrolment form that their child has been diagnosed with Asthma they are required, under the Education and Care Services Regulation to provide an Asthma Action Plan to the center. If your child has asthma, please download this plan and have it completed by your child’s doctor. The plan must be attached to your enrolment form, or given to the center’s Nominated Supervisor prior to commencement of care. This only needs to be provided once, or as updated by the doctor.
