To celebrate this year’s Australian Heritage Festival we want to hear your stories about your family recipes. And we want the recipe.
Submit your recipe and story by March 11, 2018 via our online form at willoughby.nsw.gov.au
The ten finalists will cook/bake their dish and bring it to the Council for a photo shoot on March 19. You will get to meet and work with renowned food stylist and photographer Leela Shearer, who has worked with the top chefs, restaurants and food publications in Australia.
The finalists with have their food images and story displayed in an art exhibition called “My Food Culture, My Story”, launching on April 18 in Chatswood. The main prize winner will receive a $200 Harris Farm Gift Voucher.
