Learn how to reduce anxiety and improve your health through breathing at Change the Way You Breathe, presented by Australian physiotherapist and author, Tess Graham.
At this event, Tess will explain how changing the way you breathe can help you regain calm, focus and ease, boost your energy levels and reduce stress, lower your risk of serious health issues and improve your concentration and memory.
For the past 25 years, Tess has delivered breathing retraining programs to thousands of people and has built a clinical practice that focuses entirely on breathing. Tess is involved herself with research, development and lecturing in the field of breathing retraining and is a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events.
Her books, Relief from snoring and sleep apnoea and Relief from anxiety and panic by changing the way you breathe, will both be available for purchase after the talk.
