Artists show their true GRIT!

05 March 2018

Grit! Exhibition

10am-4pm, until Sunday 25 March
Incinerator Art Space, 2 Small Street, Willoughby

Incinerator Art Space presents Grit! an exhibition that investigates sport and physical endurance in contemporary art.

Artists 110%, Destiny Deacon, Louise Hearman, Tracey Moffatt, Danny Morse, Katy B Plummer and Angela Tiatia explore competition and bodily challenge - highlighting themes of physical endurance, competition, dreams and disappointment.

Grit! is an exhibition that acknowledges the Incinerator Art Space’s immediate physical surrounds and caters for an audience that may be interested in both sport and visual art, despite the common presumption that they are worlds apart.
