Chatswood Library on The Concourse
Lower Ground, 409 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood
FREE event

Chatswood Library will host a Supercalifragilistic Storytime for the whole family at a special evening event this September. Featuring members of Willoughby Theatre Company’s production of Mary Poppins, both children and adults will adore hearing the special tale of the Banks family and their magical nanny.

The storytime will be held as part of the new Dads Read program, which aims to promote the value of reading as a family and the important role fathers and male carers play in a child’s early literacy development. Find out more at www.dadsread.org.au

“Willoughby City Library’s Dads Read program is a fantastic new literacy initiative that will not only help children learn to read and develop their language and listening abilities, but also help them develop a lifelong love for this important skill,” said Willoughby Mayor, Gail Giles-Gidney.
