Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions before purchasing any of the products on offer through Willoughby City Councils ticketing service on this site. By purchasing a product or service through this site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions for sale. If you choose not to be bound by Willoughby City Councils ticketing conditions of sale, please do not purchase tickets through this web site.

Tickets are sold by Willoughby City Council as agent for and on behalf of the “Seller” responsible for the relevant event. All complaints or claims are the sole responsibility of the Seller and not Willoughby City Council.

Tickets are sold subject to the Seller’s Conditions of Sale, which are available for inspection at the time of purchase and/or collection of this ticket. Attendance at the event is subject to these conditions and also (to the extent that they are not consistent with the Seller’s Conditions of Sale) the following;

A. No refund or exchange on any ticket except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the Seller. If a refund is made, Willoughby City Council, to the extent permitted by law, may retain any fee it has charged.

B. The right is reserved to:

  • Add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists.
  • Vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, audience capacity.
  • Refuse admission with reasonable cause.

C. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted into the venues. Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.

D. All pagers and mobile communication devices must be turned off before entry.

E. A search of person/s and/or their possessions at the time of the entry to the venue may be a condition of entry into individual events.

F. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale without prior written consent of the Seller and Willoughby City Council.

G. If an outdoor performance/event is cancelled due to adverse weather or any cause reasonably beyond the Seller’s control, there is no right to a refund or exchange. The Seller is not obliged to arrange a substitute service, event or performance.

H. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided at the time of collection of the tickets and at the venue.

I. Where seating is sold as reserved seating through this web site, seating will be allocated as the next best available tickets.

J. You must allow adequate time for the collection or delivery of tickets. You can choose the method of collection or delivery on purchasing the tickets. Tickets will not be mailed to addresses outside of Australia.

K. All payments are made in Australian dollars and GST will apply to all goods and services supplied through this site. Prices in this ticketing site include GST where applicable.
